Thanks Makayla! I’ll have a look
Platinum performance equine is a good one. I give it to my tb and it works great
Ok great! Good to hear someone in a similar situation to me!! Thank you so much :))
Yeah I was the same Lucy! My boy it’s 17 now but still very much active and still competing to a good level and I thought about putting him on different supplements but I found not much change and it was a lot of money for not much change but by changing his feed has been an amazing improvement! I just feed him alfa A chaff, fast fibre mash and topspec balancer ( but I have used blue chip and it’s just as good).
Ok yep thank you Ondine
I’m feeding him easy result oatenchaff and copra
I would put him on lucerne because it’s more nutritious but he gets really fizzy on it! :))
I was thinking of Mag E or cell vital something like that?? But I could give those ones you recommended :)) thank you!
I would recommend using good quality feed firstly and use something like topspec or blue chip balancers.
As although buying different supplements can work but it’s not very economical so it’s best to start with a good basic diet and see how you get on and then if still you feel your horse may need something extra then you can buy specific supplement for the issue.
