URHH! This is the worst thing ever! In my first proper show, I was in tears in the morning trying to plait my ponies ragged mane 😂
The best thing to do is JUST BREATH! Remeber how far you've come and what you have achieved. Also, maybe find a friend to go with?

Whether you think that you can do it or whether you think you cannot do it than you we be right in both cases!!
What you think becomes your reality!
If you think that you cannot do it your unconscious mind will set itself so that you will not be able to do it, if you think that it's too hard then your unconscious mind will believe it and therefore will allow you to access to a low potential of your resources, for this reason your actions will be less effective and your results lower level, there you will confirm your belief that you cannot do it and this will make you believe again that it's to hard for you!!
This is a negative vicious cycle which will not allow you to access to all your resources and perform at your full potential therefore I recommend to CHANGE IT as soon as possible with a positive circle of thought especially when you are at shows because this kind of thinking will never allow you to give your best.
With mental coaching this is very easy to do because it is very practical and immediate!!
