Breakfast with cottage cheese or yoghurt and granola and fruit, or a breakfast protein shake. Lunch I like to prepare the day before, grilled chicken with rice, full grain burrito with chicken, veggies and lettuce, cheese and lettuce sandwich, anything really! When I groom on shows I take a lot of small things that I can eat quickly. Banana, granola bar, jerky, protein/meal shake. small burritos work very well and are a good filler 😊
Cheese sticks, apples (or other fruit), anything easily accessible with protein. You can also always prepack some snacks too, that way you can eat something more substantial or more to your liking, but it’s quick and easy when you’re in a rush.
Packets of ready made soup with tinned chickpeas/lentils thrown in. I generally cook all my food for the week on Sunday evenings then mix and match What I made as I go along the week. Boiled eggs batch cooked for breakfast with quick microwave oats, chicken fillet and lots of veggies and sweet potatoes that you can basically throw anything on your plate/lunchbox and have a balanced meal without thinking too hard :)
Cereal bars, biscuits and chocolate . Unfortunately I'm not the healthiest eatter and just grab anything that I can eat on the go
Some carrots from Max & Lena 😊 They‘re taste very good and they‘re something like babycarrots 🤗😂😊❤️
Easiest way I found was do a little bit of prepping in the evenings. Overnight oats are great in the mornings. They can be eaten hot or cold and mixed up in a jar, cup etc. I also have dates and fruit tucked away someplace. Apples with nut butters and corn cakes and good also. I also make my own energy bars on my days off and have them as a treat or snack if I'm really on the go. Stir fry and noodle dsh are great for the evening. Quick to cook and cheap! Salads are also great and if done right can be so tasty and filling. They can be made up to two days before and stored in Tupperware containers.
