I do Yoga and some general leg/arm/core exercises at home. In summer I run twice a week, but Dutch autumn and winter are awfully rainy so I just stay indoors 😂
I do a lot of Cardio and crossfit to help my stamina and condition and to keep me fit for riding and it actually helps cos I don't feel very tired at the end of riding session
I run and do a lot of leg and core workouts
I just run a lot, and go to the gym and work on inner and outer thigh and squats and crunches and all for the core
Pilates, hot yoga and ballet. These are helping me strengthen my core and legs for riding.
