Two-point before the jump is a really good idea, I also just try to visualize what I need to do and I recite it a few times a few strides out every once in a while. Hope this helps!
Try staying in the two-point for two strides after the jump.
Don’t worry about your arms following the horse as much as your hips going back with the horse when jumping. That’s just what works for me though, I’m not a trainer haha
