Lately my horse has been really difficult when out jumping and i think its linked to my confidence and the fact that i dont trust her as much anymore, any suggestions ?

@karinalipnicka thank you this really helps !! X
Has it got anything to do with any bad experience? It happened to me.
However I dint have my own horse so that's even worse bcos I ride different horse's that I don't fully trust anyway.
What I did: do more of pole work and cavaletti for few lessons and if you feel more confident with that just put a really small jump at the end of poles. Bcos what I had a problem with was "is it going to jump or slam on right before the jump?" "what if I I won't count strides properly and I will end up falling off because the horse will jump in a weird way?"..
Few poles in front of the jump has helped not just me but the horse to get the strides properly so the horse is more confident itself.
If you've got your own horse I'd also recommend some bonding exercises 😊😊
