muscle
Wear jodhpurs and there’s no friction to get into the position.
Seat saver?
You use horses movement to help yourself rise and u use your thigh and core muscles to keep yourself in the right position and think about staying in the middle of the saddle amd keeping yourself balanced.
What exactly do you mean with ‘don’t wear breaches here’? And what kind of saddle are you riding in now? (The slippery one I mean)
idk how to help you girl
Maybe start wearing breaches? Is it your saddle? If so you could probably get some type of gripping pad/ fabric just put on right where your legs go?
Don’t wear breaches here. I can rise in most saddles without stirrups there’s just no grip in this one.
I like to think of it as glueing my leg high enough that I can still post.😂 Try wearing full seat breaches they help a little bit but it's all about the thigh muscle
