Is it ok if my leg slides a bit back during jumping? And anything I can do to fix it?

Is it ok if my leg slides a bit back during jumping? And anything I can do to fix it?
It means you are gripping with your knees and not your lower leg, so you should focus more on your lower leg
Sometimes it can mean you need to shorten your stirrups or sometimes it means you have a weak lower leg and your muscles can hold themselves in place. Try sinking down into your heels down
You should really fix it to keep them still. You can get knee rolls to support but a lot of professionals do it so as long it doesn't disturb your horse it's okay
