Poles, also go to a good Dressage trainer. I’m doing that with my 7 YO Gelding who is a little weak on his hind end and back, and it has definitely improved his jumping by a 100%
Bounces strengthen their hind and also raised trotpoles on a straight or bent line. Also make sure tp do them the same amount of times to each direction so the horse becomes equally strong on both sides
Through pole work, lunging, hillwork and lots of flatwork. However as I suspect he was ridden a bit one sided before he is finding it difficult to push equally off of both hocks and it seems to be a little bit of a habit now. Any tips would be greatly appreciated
