When you are jumping is normal that your legs move backwards when you are on top of a jump? In jumping position my legs move backward, is it normal?

No Helene, that mean ur putting too much presure on ur knees, by doing that , it make ur lower part of the leg loose and go back , force urself to press ur lower part of the leg instead of the the knees and u will feel that ur legs will stop moving back ;)
