Swimming, yoga and planks are great !
Hey Sharon! I usually do plank off horse and a lot of no stirrup works really well! Also just going to the gym, and consider yoga or kickboxing!!

Planks and push ups will work wonders. Both use your whole body and will really help with anyone's riding.
I think pushups and pull ups would really help you
As I said in a previous answer about the ‘perfect shoulder’ aid that also helps with strengthening muscles you can read more about it in the website too. Also I find that pull ups and push ups and using a shoulder press helps and their are also a lot of videos on YouTube with core strengthening 😀
