For a showjumping competition what do you think is the best exercise for the practise ring?

Start with poles*
If you have a few jumps set up, I do back and fourth fence work. Go over a fence. Halt 10 strides after. Haunch/forhand turn 180 degreees, go over it the other way. It helps loosen tight turns and fast transitions, if this is new to you start with
