I’ve used canola before and it doesn’t work as great as veggie or coconut! Just my opinion :)) 😂 normally just a cal full or a table spoon 👍🏼
😂 why isn’t one a fan on canola and the other says it is the best? How much do you give? What are the benefits. Is it anti inflammatory
Canola oil is t the best. I usually use either rice bran oil or corn oil. Sometimes coconut oil but it’s pretty expensive.
I use rice bran oil and find that really good :)
Isn’t vegetable pro inflammatory ?
Not a fan of canola oil 😬 I prefer vegetable or coconut, normally vegetable because coconut if quite expensive :))
