When free riding by yourself, what are good pole work exercises?

A pretty good exercise is placing two poles in a line and changing the strides within, so if it’s 5 normal strides, you can try shortening to 6 or lengthening to 4. There are lots of variations to this, you can even add a third pole and try for different number of strides between each :)
