Do you have any tips/workouts for getting back into shape for jumping?

For you: no stirrup work specifically posting and cantering. With stirrups two pointing and holding it for a round of the arena while practicing steering(circles and weaving through cones)

Horse: lots and lots of trotting over poles set at different distances. If you are able to safely navigate a trail trotting uphill and downhill is also very beneficial. Gymnastics are good as well just should not be brought into the picture immediately if your horse is not in shape at all. Stick to low cross rails for those
Lots of excercises that engage the butt!! Lots of collection work and lateral work do wonders. I also suggest lots of pole work!! Hope that helps:)
