My horse isn't head shy but she doesn't like it when I touch her ears or anywhere close to that part of her head. How can I fix this and let her feel like she can trust me?

Gain her trust. My horse was beat in the face but now he trusts me and lets me run his face, ears, etc.
@jamiehayden I've been doing that and we still need to work on it but she's improving!
She may have some stiffness or tightness over her neck and pole causing this behaviour- might be an idea to get the physio out to have a check over - it’s my first call if I get weird behaviour issues that aren’t normal for the horse.
Pet her face and then quickly move your hand on her ears and to the neck so by the time she realizes you’ve touched her ears you’re already patting her neck.
I just do pressure and release with just rubbing and scratching closer to their ears, take your hand away or even treat when they stand nicely, keep your hand there if they throw their head or get fidgety
What I had to do with my horse was to just rest my hands near his head and slowly move my hands closer very slowly. I would also treat bribe him lol
