Every country has its own equestrian culture so I guess it's inevitable that one's influenced by it.
At the national level, judges and riders often have the same culture so there's so cultural gap. But at the international level, different equitations are showed. However, international judges have to judge regardless of their country of origin. In the same time, the judges' different points of view are important for the evolution of the sport.
So I think that there are differences but that's why there're several judges at the international level :)
