How do you ride on your period? I'm so worried about leaking and I can't use tampons for my life so if you have any tips.

I recommend taking a bunch of pads to the barn and putting them in your cubby, because you never know when you’ll need them most!
Black breeches, long(ish) pads, and some cramp/headache meds.
If you're very concerned, try wearing extra long ultra nighttime pads, or even postpartum pads. Apparently, Always Infinity are meant to be good as it spreads everything out, rather than keeping it in the one spot and risk saturation whilst the rest of the pad stays clean... other than that, put a new one on just before you get on the horse, and check every hour or before you get on a different horse.

Editing to say that if it's very bad, or I'm very uncomfortable/sore, I just don't ride. I might walk the horse in hand or something else instead.
It’s so awkward! Trust me I understand😂 I wear a pad and two pairs of underwear. I generally wear black breeches, especially when I’m on my period, and sometimes I take bathroom breaks. Just don’t sit flat without posting or half sitting or walking etc. because when you do get up you’ll leak. Hope this helps!
Yeah definitely wear dark pants.i wore tan pants once and let’s just say I got a new design🤦🏻‍♀️ And I don’t wear tampons either so just change when you can and I know when I thought about it, it would hurt me so just focus on your horse your lesson and you’ll be great!
If you can, wear dark pants. And change regularly. It might bother you for a bit but if you take your mind off it youll be fine
