Is it beneficial to have your own stirrups and leathers if you are a growing kid riding in different saddles a lot?

I don’t think so
Not particularly, it's more of a pain to change the leathers than to adjust their length. Most stirrup irons are fine, unless you're riding in a saddle with children's irons. If you're particularly tall, or particularly short then I'd take your own leathers, but otherwise I wouldn't bother. Having a hole punch on hand might be useful (with owner's permission).
