Go with the flo and Let the horse do what it’s going to do don’t be afraid and don’t hold back
You should sit down in your saddle right before the jump, so you have enough contact with your horse and can ask for the jump. When you are in your two point before the jump, you are mostly gripping with your knees and don't have enough contact.
A lot of light seat exercises for balance and doing gymnastics jumps will help you get the feel of moving with the horse. It takes time so don't be to hard on yourself.
Try starting out by getting into your two point a couple strides before the fence (at the trot) grab a bit of mane, stay with your horse and get the motion down, and stay in your two point a few strides after the fence. This helps you get the motion without trying too hard to start your two point at the right time.
You just started dont hold too many expectations for yourself! You probably feel messier then what you look! Try and let your body go with the motion of the horse! Practice over small x's letting your arms go with the motion of the horse and balance yourself in the middle of the saddle! Balance is key! You'll get it:)
