Give him hay or spend time with him ❤️❤️💕❤️ Good luck!
Have you tried having a mirror (not a glass one, but you can get plastic stable mirrors)? Horses can't tell that it's themselves in a mirror so often calm down. Other distractions such as licks or toys may help too. He's gone through a lot of change in the last few weeks so I'd imagine he will calm down.

On the wall pinning thing, I'd address that. Yes, it's in a horses nature to react to things. However, that's no excuse for the reaction to be consistently dangerous. Once off, you'd accept that it was an accident. Repeatedly, it's a problem and one that you can get seriously hurt at.
Thanks Anna 😃 I’ll try that!
Maybe tie him to the wall in your stall with a lead rope or baler twine. That way if he does freak out he can just snap the baler twine. Another thing you can do is distract him with a Hay net.
I hope this helps!
Also everything is fine when we are going out for a walk away from the stable. He’s calm then And Things is going great. But as soon as he has to stand still inside he get’s Stressed
How do I teach my 7 year old that It’s ok to stand still inside without the other horses. He’s so stressed that he pins me to the wall while I’m brushing him And he won’t stand still. Yesterday he hurt my back by pining me to the wall. I have to poke him with a hoofpick to get him off me. He’s not rude. Just stressed. It’s a battle to brush him inside. I’m exhausted afterwards. He has only been with me for two weeks And we moved stables after a week Because he didn’t like being on the other stable. So I think some of It will get better when he get’s Into the routines and calms down. I just need some tips on how to not get killed by his stressed ass 🤦🏻‍♀️
