Take a break for a couple days if possible, just try and take time for your self. Think over why you think this is happening. Sleep in enjoy yourself doing non horsey things.
Think, how lucky you are! You have your own Horse, many riders can only Dream about it. ❤️❤️
Hmm... I went through this about a year ago, and the solution isn’t usually simple. I had a few things that worked for me: i gave up on trying to be perfect all the time and I used to just play around while I was riding instead of working on something all the time; I switched disciplines; I moved barns. Taking a break might also be beneficial :)
Ive recently had the same problem i just take a couple of weeks off i find that every couple of weeks ill take 1 or 2 weeks off from my lessons i have a 40 minute drive to my riding stable so i find once ive had the break the long distance is worth it after ive come back
i had the sameness problem when i got my horse. i recommend taking a week break of riding, but keep going and hanging out with you horse. it also helped me to make a list of what i wanted to work in and improve and make a weekly schedule for training sessions for me and my horse.
Maybe you just need a break from riding for a while, like one or two weeks. You could just do something else you like besides riding.
