What are some advice to get heels down over a jump?

I have been working on this for a while and I found that standing on the end of a stair with your heels hanging off really helps. I do it for like 5 minutes a few times a day and it has really helped me find my balance and I have seen an improvement. Also try a few minutes of no stirrup work before you jump. It will make your stirrups feel shorter
