You can also try keeping your foot propped or somewhat elevated. Like on long car rides you can put your feet on the dashboard if you're riding shotgun.

I don’t take flights often but what I’ve heard that helps is:
- wearing loose clothing
- walking every hour or so (just to the bathroom and back or something)
- flex your calf muscles
- flex and point your ankles (keep them moving)
- stay hydrated (not sure why but I guess it’s supposed to help?)
