What are your tips on moving your hips more independently from the rest of your body?

Pretend you are a dressage rider, and move your hips with the rhythm of whatever gate you are in. Have them stick in the saddle and move them to the best. I sometimes have music playing when i ride and that helps me move my hips a little bit more, it sounds a little stupid, but it works😂.
