Swimming is the best low impact training you can do. I also recommend Cycling and Pilates to strengthen your core. Of course a good diet will aid muscle development and improve recovery. Best J
yup! also maybe track? anything that will keep those leg muscles strong!
I think swimming is a great idea because it works on legs and arm strength together and is quite a good workout .
