We all have a strong leg and one less strong, this is normal. You need to focus on putting more weight on the weakest one this way you will be balanced.
Try to put your heel down on a stair several times and find workouts to strengthen your weakest leg and ankle :)
Run if you can, a few times a week. Find an exercise program to do at least a few days a week. I workout everyday incorporating core, legs, arms, and back. I see a huge difference.
Stand on the edge of your staircase with your heels down until your calf’s burn. Do this everyday until you see an improvement.
