Any sport is good if you enjoy it. Swimming relaxes your spine and strenghtens all muscles. Cardio training is good for your endurance. But riding a horse is very similar to dancing, so if you want to improve your rythm and flexibility - just dance!
Kickboxing, hiking, running and mountain biking. I also gym a lot (weights, Pilates and spinning)
I use my Pilates ring for upper arm strength and lower leg strength. I would do more cardio and maybe in the future I will. After having a heart attack in October I’m taking it slow
Swimming and running mainly for me
Volleyball builds quad muscle, basketball builds endurance, track will build your calf mussle, and any core work will be the most helpful
Dry land training and swimming
I do track and dance and of course riding
Cardio and swimming helps me to stay fit
I play soccer and run track
I'm a high level goalie for ice hockey and have e mine some inline hockey AZ well
I used to do gymnastics which helps with balance
