When it comes down to making a first aid kit for your horse, what are the basic things you would put in there?
Gloves, bandages, vet wrap, scissors, cotton balls, tweezers, thermometer, salt, wound cleaner etc
I put gloves, thermometer, vetwrap, gauze, triple antibiotics, Benadryl, banamine
I have these boots you can put in the freezer and use to cool down the horses legs. They are great for an emergency
Gloves, thermometer, tweezers, vetwrap, cotton balls, q tips, sterile gauze pads, antiseptic (I use betadine), triple antibiotic cream, syringes with no needle (at least 10cc), kid's liquid Benadryl (for allergic reactions to stings), and diapers (good for soaking up a lot of blood and wrapping hooves). Mine also has cotton batting, nitrafurazone, Swat, banamine, gall salve, and hydrogen peroxide.
Plastic gloves, tick remover, sudocrem, purple spray, hibiscrub, scissors, tweezers, cotton wool, vetwrap, antibacterial wipes and a thermometer.
Mine has vet raps, tick fever mediecne, colic medicine, Seringes, rubbing alcohol, the supplies to make a pulties and Dragons Breath

Neosporin, diaper rash cream, hydrocortisone cream, hydrogen peroxide, gloves, baby wipes, thermometer, rubbing alcohol, and you can find all of these at the dollar store!
I would put in Wraps, Insulating Tape, Antibiotic Spray, Gloves and some Sterile Wipes
