Lots of water is the most important part of any diet! Plenty of fruits and veg, especially dark leafy greens. Proteins, carbs, and fat are essential too! Just try and pick healthier versions- whole wheat bread or pasta, cutting out the junk and candy for the most part (doesn't mean you can't have it, just eat it in moderation). Chicken and turkey are both great choices for protein.

Considering some of the physical requirements, you may need to be strong to be able to hit the ball correctly and to stop the horse after a run.
Probably pasta, fruits and asorted proteins!
