Our lifestyle is adapted, so it is specific. We train our horses every day, and we are only amateurs so it is our professional life first with our horses at the end of the day.
You have to adapt.
Beyond the daily and regular work of my horse, there is the workout for the rider. It is a line to develop more in the future. You have to stay in shape to be as performant as possible during the game (muscles, joints...)
I followed a lot of physical therapy because of bad knees it helped me to gain more tone, and that is what we need for horseball.
