Ask hollyward : What exercices do you recommend to warm up our body before riding?

Hello Lauren,
One of my favourite warm up exercise is the “the frog stretch” this will really open up your hip flexor and aductor. As you know our hips are mostly use when riding. Along with this I always suggest using a resistance band to open the shoulders and back muscles. Make sure to stretch before each ride, this will improve your elasticity and feel.
