Ask hollyward: What is your favorite fitness workout (cardio/weight training...or?) that best supports your time in the saddle?

Ohh jeeze I have many favorites, but I would say circuit training is my favourite as it’s a great way to use the upper and lower parts of our body, it’s a great way to improve endurance and very challenging. To be a well rounded rider we must have all of the elements. Strength training, cardiovascular, and elasticity ( stretching) along side with an open, happy mind for learning and the “want” to improve.
