Hey Tammy! Sorry that the other answerer didn’t give you any info... But I ride a jumper and would highly recommend incorporating dressage exercises into your rides! I practice serpentines, circles, spirals, haunches in/shoulder in, and a lot of collection and strength in his hind-end. I also find it very helpful to keep your horse on a very solid and heavy program. Depending on your goals you can aim your training towards different areas-like focusing on your horse or you and your equitation! Things like no-stirrup work for the rider, and gymnastics and dressage for the horse! Goodluck!
