Do you know a good training program to support horse riding? I would like to improve athletically to be more solid in the saddle.
I crosstrain with rock climbing, sounds weird but it helps a ton with core work, balance, and shoulder strength for posture! I’ve also found that with the arm strength you build up it’s a lot easier to keep a secure rein without feeling like you’re hanging on to the horses mouth. I’ll also go running sometimes.
