I'm doing the same thing, but if you're looking for an actual 4 year degree, Meredith Manor isn't the school for you (unless they've changed their program since the last time I looked into them). There's Findlay in Ohio, the University of Kentucky, SCAD in Georgia, Centenary in New Jersey (I think it's NJ anyways), and a few other colleges that offer a proper 4 year bachelors in equestrian studies or equine science- especially important if you want to maybe go to vet school at some point!
Hi Lauren! I'm currently a student at Meredith Mannor and I love it here! I've only just started school here and have only been in the program for 2 weeks. I know that it's not the fanciest of places, but it is a great program and you learn so much and the instructors are incredible! To make things better I have yet to meet a mean student here, everyone is so nice, welcoming and helpful which in turn makes for a great learning environment! If you really want to come here I recommend that you take a tour and talk to their admissions director Kristen Bosgraf. She can help you the most in your decision and answer all your questions :) good luck! Hope to see you here !
