What sports do you play other than riding and how do they benefit your riding?
I do cross training 3x a week and also love spinning!
I work out my legs everyday. I also run a lot!
I just workout everyday outside of riding to help maintain my fitness. I’ve seen a huge difference by strengthening my whole body
I'm climbing and it allows me to better hold my back and my hands. I also have more endurance.
I like to run and i think it helps in everyway possible:)
