My mom does hair for a living, she uses the Dyson hair dryer. But they are very expensive. Personally I try to never dry my hair as it tends to give me more split ends. I shower at night and let my hair air dry. I also try to limit my use of hot styling tools as it makes my hair Frey too.
Dyson hair dryer is a must-have for my damaged hair! I have it for a few months now, I cut my damaged hair quite short and started from scratch 😉 I only use this hair dryer now and I am a big fan, my hair are way less damaged than before
Hello Caoimhe,

I recommend using an oil, Leonor Greyl oil, it's a miraculous product to nourish damaged hair!

Laurent
you know it is advisable to make him the Argan oil and honey Zukum (Cactus) especially during rest in superficial massage in the area of pressure, and sometimes give him spoonfuls to swallow just before the effort, with cactus honey, it should be used in massage 3 times/week mornings, before the effort and also, gentle massage to the end more less of stress, nether nor irritation at the level of the skin and also of the joint, and increasingly you will see for her hair to become super beautiful and sweet
