Do you stretch or do other sports than horse riding to improve your suppleness (yoga, pilates...) and do you do it the day before or after a rider session?
I go to the gym so I keep in shape to ride, I also find working my muscles (cardio, weights etc) then stretching them afterwards (in forms of yoga) strengthen and prepare me for riding
