When did you break your clavicle? It is important to concentrate on lower body exercises. Squats.lunges. As for your horse, put him on the walker, give him more time out in the paddock whilst you recover. Or ask a friend to ride him for you. If you lunge your horse & he pulls you, you could do more damage.
Set up caviletties in a 20m circle, lunge trot and can’t over them.
