Someone I know used Weight Watchers Freestlye. It’s not necessarily a diet and you can essentially eat anything you want (kind of... I’ll explain more!)
Each day you get a certain amount of points you can “spend”. I forget the exact amount but say it is 30 points. If for breakfast you eat eggs and bacon, you track it on the app and that specific food will be a certain amount of points depending on its nutritional value. Say that it was 6 points, you now have 24 points for the rest of the day to spend. I’m thjs sense you can eat whatever you want, but you may run out of points faster. One cookie may be 4 points while a whole fruit salad could be 4 as well. It makes you aware of what you are eating and how healthy it is.
I Remember to maintain a healthy weight and not lose too much. Also, I don’t know anything about you or your lifestyle so don’t think I’m saying you need to lose weight or anything!! I hope you don’t take my answer the wrong way and think I’m saying anything about you as a person, I’m just trying to help you find something that you want to do. I just wanted to clarify because it is a subject that can be sensitive.
