Thank u for the great advice lily
If you have done it before, it will come back quite easily I guess. You can start on really small heights, to train on basics before starting more complicated things. You can start by working on your trust over the fence, your position, your action before and after, on one small fence, then add a second jump, working on large turns so that you can take your time.
You can also work on lines with 3 fences for example, with 2 or 3 strides between each.
Make sure you start again with a horse who knows its job, so that you will only have to worry about you 🙂
Once you feel comfortable with small fences and easy short courses, you can add more jumps in your course, with sharper turns, and finally add more height!
Hope it help, good luck xx
