Hi Mona! Usually, I think that when you're young, it mainly is related to a general lack of hydratation: you should try and drink as much water as possible, and maybe take some supplements for your skin/hair/nails. When passing the teenage period of your life, your skin really goes through a transition and becomes more sensitive to the lack of hydratation, especially after a night of partying haha ;). Try and use gentle makeup remover and no soap, always wear a day cream under your makeup, try not to wear too much foundation, and as Tamara recommended try to always wear sun-block. Also, you can try the 'sisley youth' cream or the Creme de la Mer products, for early signs of aging. Be also cautious with the softness of the cottons and cloths that you use to clear your skin. :)
Hi Mona, I agree with Tamara (😅) the best thing you can do is moisturize and sunscreen sunscreen sunscreen. I work at a barn fulltime and during summer I try to wear a hat all the time and reapply sunscreen every few hours to protect my skin.
Protect your skin the best you can from sun exposure, either with wide-brimmed hats or the sun block of your choice. Tan=damaged skin=wrinkles.
