Hello Stanley, it's a skill haha! I also do travel quite a lot, here's what I try to do for every trip.
I adapt my meals to the time zone that I am traveling to immediately on the day that I am leaving (even on the plane, and even if it means skipping a meal that they offer you), I travel with a light cabin bag (having less things to carry makes things faster and avoids unnecessary hustle), I always take a hydrating cream, walk during the flight, and sleep accordingly to the time zone that I am traveling to (you can try melatonin pills). Refreshening your face with a water spray is also nice to keep fresh and hydrated. Drink a lot and of course avoid alcohol. When I get back from the airpot, I stretch, take a shower and sometime some vitamins. I hope that this will help!
