Do you think self driving trucks could become safer for transport in general, but also for horses in the long run? Tesla's first self driving trucks did their first trips recently.

Personally I don’t think it will...right now in the auto industry the technical difficulties are always greater than human delays... besides (economically wise) I don’t think that the majority of the population is ready for that type of technology... dont get me wrong- it’s a great concept! Just for the future lol
Hello Levis, I am passionate about this topic, as I feel deeply about road safety in general. I think that the work of the FIA has done a lot already in the past 2 years, but that technology can be a real game changer in that fight. Regarding truck transpiration, the length and effort required from drivers is most of the time insane. Self driving cars in general, and trucks later, will change the way we move around. When every road and everyone will have adopted it, and that the transition will be fully done (in tens of years), it will be a whole new society. Of course, the trucks could then be adapted for transporting horses and many other things. I look forward to this future and hope to still be alive when this happens in our world!
