How do you deal with stress when it is time to go to sleep? My work can be quite stressing, and it's hard to find sleep at night sometimes
My grandma told me this : Imagine a Blank Wall
It can be any color, but it must be blank. Pick a color that’s soothing to you and stare at it in your mind. Your mind will likely wander, but keep redirecting your mind’s eye to the blank wall.

Hi Joan,

I strongly believe that inhaling the scents of plants or their essential oils can reduce stress, and help to find sleep (lavender, vanilla, chamomile and lemon balm top the list).

Don't forget to ask your doctor to make sure everything you take is fine for you!
