Even if you can bring your horse to college, make sure you are thinking about what’s best for them. If you can only visit your horse 2/3 times a week then it may be best to keep them at home where someone can give them the care they need. Hope this helps answer your question!
Hello Alyssa, I think it depends on your goals with your horse, and if you think you can manage college, and having your horse near you.
Personally I decided to keep my horse at home, he was in a field with other horses, my parents took care of him, and I was going home every week-end to see him and ride him. It was the right balance for us, I could peacefully focus on college, and enjoy being with him during the week-end.

It also depends on if you can find somewhere to keep him near your college, with people you trust to take care of him
