When I get on my horse, my saddle slides sideways when I put all my weight on one stirrup, and my girth is always tightened, it sometimes slides when riding. Do you have any advice?

Acavallo gel pad underneath the saddle pad or a gel grippy numnah
Make sure you get on your horse as though there was no girth. You have to use your upper body weight to get on to avoid pulling on the tack and your horses back.
Breastplate!
Breastplate!
It doesn’t slide back it usually just slides sideways
Yea it helps to keep your saddle from sliding back and going under the horse.
If you dont use a brest plate I suggest you do.
Yeah I’ve never used a breast plate before and don’t know how to put one on :( but I will mention it to my trainer
