E45 is a great barrier and helps against wind burn
Lots of great moisturizers really keep your skin hydrated during the winter. It Defo works.
I use Clinique that has a redness line it’s been the only thing that works for me and my constant redness.
Put a good quality lotion on before you go out and when you get back in!
Ski mask, you can still see but keep nice and warm
Moisturizer helps me a lot from wind and sun burn also stay hydrated for heat.
You can use aloe vera gel, there are anti-inflammatory properties in it, it works wonders for both facial flushing and the itchiness on the face!
My doctor told me to avoid alcohol, spicy foods, and drinks that are hot in temperature, because I increase internal heat.
Cooling foods such as apple, celery, cucumber, melon, peach, and spinach can be great to help your body 🙂
Hope it helps
Hi Kessy! I have the same problem and I do a lot of cucumber masks especially in winter, I put it through a food processor then use it as a mask, the results are great
