I don’t stay in shape 😂 I enjoy myself and start the gym again in the new year 😂
I try to exercise as much as I can and also finding new interesting low calorie recipes makes it easier as well
I feel that as long as you exercise enough, you shouldn’t worry about a diet or restricting your food intake over the holiday season!
I do low carb for 80percent... then when holiday meals come i dont really worry because right back to low carb i go
I try to make sure I eat as many vegetables and fruits as possible, I eat clean most of the time so that I can allow me some pleasure during festive meals. I workout as much as possible, walk a lot, drink a lot of water!
Plus I try to space the cheat meals by eating clean between each
Stay on the diet, and lots of exercise! A bite or two never hurts, just make sure you workout!
